We may use your protected health information (PHI) to facilitate efficient communication regarding upcoming appointments, confirmations, rescheduling requests, or follow-up care. These communications may be delivered via phone call, email, or SMS text message through our integrated Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Message and data rates may apply. If a patient’s scheduled services are recurring and regularly scheduled frequency of texts will be based on frequency of scheduled appointments. Neither DATS nor carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
· Information We Collect: To provide this service, we collect your name, mobile phone number, email address, communication preferences, and message delivery logs.
· Use of Information: Contact details are used strictly to send scheduling notifications on behalf of your care provider and to manage your communication preferences. We do not share or sell your mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing/promotional purposes.
· Opt-Out: You can stop receiving text reminders at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting our office directly.
· What Types of Messages Will I Receive?: Appointment reminder texts that will include patient name, date of appointment, time of appointment, appointment provider, and contact number.
We have not enabled Google Adwords on our site but we may do so on the future.
